How to Order

Here is some essential details that we need when you order the items.

Then, after all the confirmation, you may just bank in/transfer the money and here we go~

Terms and Conditions

Please take the time to read and understand the t&c to ensure a smooth transaction.

1. All sales are final therefore goods sold are non-returnable /refundable/ exchangeable as all goods sold are at your own risk. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. Cherish Memories will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery.

If you do not receive your items within 2 weeks from date of shipping please let us know.

2. Please email us if you have any questions at all regarding a particular piece before purchasing it. We will try to give a full detailed description about the items to avoid misunderstandings.

3. All price stated is in Malaysian Ringgit and items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

4. There is only one design per item. Remake is possible depends whether there is enough materials. Extra charged range from RM2 to RM5 maybe charged for complicated design.

5. Reservations can be made for 3 days only. If you really really really like the item, just email me and we will try to sort things out depend on the situation you have. If not after 3 days, item will be put up for resale again.

6. Prices listed do not include postage/shipping fees. Once we have confirmed your order, we will calculate the total shipping fees and send you a confirmation letter. Please refer to the payment and shipping for further details.

7. Buyer should accept slight differences due to different monitor's resolution.
